It is soluble in most oils and esters and partially soluble in glycols. In sun care, it can be used as an effective solvent for UV filters. Also useful in emulsification, pigment wetting and spreading properties. Exhibits heavy feel, sheen, lubricity and gloss.
Use
Recommended use level 1-5%. For external use only.
